  • Aug 15, 2019: “One of the best trail I ever done. This one is really easy especially the one with the boardwalk. It’s wheelchair accessible. The trail can be more complicated if you decide to take another level of it meaning longer. This place is very peaceful and breathtaking!! I certainly recommend this place it’s a must go !!!” 1
  • Aug 15, 2019: “Had some visitors to the island and wanted to show off our ski area and what if offers in the summer....disappointed to say the least....the "resort" has all the charm of a supermarket...which is all it really is.....the parking lot is dusty and full of large holes, vague signage gives you some idea of where you should or should not park. As you enter the "business" area, you are swamped with signs from all sorts of manufacturers, to the point you cannot find the direction or information signage. We wanted to take the chair lift to the top and it took us a long time to find out where you buy tickets....the normal ticket outlet was just a large speaker blaring music. the staff we did talk to were friendly, helpful and nice...but overall the ambience is one of chaos and untidieness, management does not seem to give a toot about the tourist paying their bills. The chair lift was fine....but the cost, come on $17 for a 10 min trip up and a 10 min trip down.....will not be recommending that again...and that was the seniors rate....AND the money goes to the states...at least the profits and based on the price of things up there...it should be a good sum.....disappointed to say the least and not a good ambassador for tourism to the comox valley.” 2
